Although most of the tracks are suitable for restful listening, I found tracks 1 (Cadfan's Blessing) and 14 ( Karnag) were particularly discordant and unsuitable. Instead of providing 'deeply moving and spiritual' music 'to calm and soothe time after time', my only movement was to change to the next track as soon as possible.
